I have been with Sprint forever. Never had a problem. This first time I had to call customer service. my service been down no data or make calls or receive. I was ignored by several managers and agents. I was told not enough people called in with issue to validate a trip to the tower. I get service in a 3 mile radius outside where I live. So phone is not the issue. This is not a huge Sprint base. So may not have a lot of the customers in this radius. I was also told the more you complain about not getting service the more they ignore you. This is by far the worse customer service I have ever dealt with with any company phone related or not. For now due to contract all I can do is write about my experience with them on every review site I can find, and hope buyer bewares....

I have been with sprint on two different occasions as for the break I went with a prepaid phone thinking I could save with their $50. A mo plan I did for a minute then realized when my phone broke I had to pay another $250. For another phone out of pocket...No insurance.. I went back to sprint.. They may have their flaws but again no one is perfect not even a phone company. Its like this... I was unhappy with a phone I got, I had it for a year or so, because of the frustration I was going to end my contract again regardless of how much I would spend for the disconnection fee. Then they upgraded my phone to a model that was hands down top notch HTC EVO which I absolutely Loved!!! Unfortunately two weeks ago it was Lost :( They replaced my phone with the HTC 3D and I still love the HTC EVO best phone ever!! But they replaced my lost phone for $100. Bucks being this phone is almost $600 bucks!!, to me thats not a big sacrifice at all, its not their fault it was lost. Then 2nd line was time for an upgrade... We picked the phone it was here fast! Yesterday... Note I ordered it this past Sunday... Now my daughters back pack was stolen at school unfortunately her phone was in it.. I thought I would have to pay another 100. Bucks because again not their fault... But when I place the order it will be $50 bucks for a $250. Phone ... I for one will be staying with sprint as long as I can!! All the awesomeness they have shown in such a small amount of time I'm happy :) If your considering sprint I would say GO FOR IT, because when it boils down to the nitty gritty.. Over all they are the best price and service hands down. Ive been with them 8 years now. Not always by contract but by choice!

Sprint has the best coverage in my long island ny area. Friends with Verizon complain of many dropped calls. Had been with tmobile for decades and move to Sprint was best phone decision and value. Customer service has been excellent. If you have a problem they take care of it right away. Sprint CEO could do a better job.

Absolutely my worst cell phone experience in my life. The coverage is horrible, the web access is slow and freezes often, my phone is horrible and the Customer Service is the worst. I feel more like I am waiting for parole than the end of my plan. I am seriously debating just paying the cancellation fee cutting my losses and going with anyone else besides Sprint. The Walmart prepaid phones would be an upgrade in comparison to what I have now. I can't wait til I get out from under this cell phone nightmare. Please Don't even consider signing on with Sprint. I promise you if you do you will regret it the rest of your life.

I have had Sprint since 1999. The reason I chose them was the security deposit--it was half of Verizon's at the time. I have stayed with Sprint, because I have always been satisfied with the voice service. There were dead spots originally, but now I have service within 99% of where I go and this is all that matters to me. I talk to people on other providers and they are constantly dropping calls (Verizon included). I have had little experience with data, as I own a basic phone, but I get voice mails and text messages within a reasonable amount of time. As an FYI, my friend's Verizon flip phone died, and he is being channeled into a "smart" phone deal at over $100 per month. I understand Sprint is much less, but cannot verify. Finally, customer service is very effective when you call them. I just upgraded to the M360, and the speaker died after one week; after a few phone calls, they replaced my phone and gave me a $50 credit on my bill.
