Samsung Propel Pro (AT&T) Customer Reviews

Customer Rating: 1.8
by Not Happy -- October 9th 2010 -- St. louis, MO

This phone was great the first 3 months. Then it only sent a text when it felt like it(which was maybe 1 out of every 10 sent). Battery would NOT stay charged for more than 2 hours. Dropped calls like crazy. I had the green one and from what I hear AVOID IT! My other family members had the blue and red and never a problem.

When I purchased the phone it worked wonderfully. Just over a year later, the phone is constantly freezing and dropping calls. The phone has never been dropped either. I use this phone for my business so I use the email and internet feature on a daily basis, the battery lasts me about 2 to 3 days on a full charge. I loved this phone until my recent issues with it.

I ordered this phone recently, and my battery won't last long at all, to the point it seems there's something wrong with it.
