This service is great. At first I was a little worried because it was online, but when I got my phone and activated it, I found no problems and I loved my phone ever since. If you want a phone, do it here because LetsTalk is the best!!!!!

I really like the HTC Dash. - I got it to use my calendar. - I haven't figured out how to sync it with my outlook express calendar yet though. I do like the look and style and the keyboard is easy to use.

My T-Mobile Dash was a great hit as soon as i took it out of the box. I have had many other cell phones but this beauty beats them all for simplicity, easy to use, weight and style is perfect and very people friendly. I would recommend this phone to anyone who is th inking of making a change for the better. Thank you for the great offer, I am delighted.

Battery life is amazing, tends to last forever. But sometimes when calling someone else with T-mobile get very loud sound and they sound like robots, dont know if this is because of the blackberry and their short battery life or not. Only happens with one person so its probably their phone. I have to keep calling back till i get a good connection with them. Tends to happen after they finally plug in their phone. Pretty easy to use except still haven't figured out how to use the power point or anything.

As soon as I received the Dash, it made me happy. The call quality is good, I don't know if this is totally true but in my experience compared to my generic Nokia phone, I believe that this increases signal reception in low areas. Either way I'm happy. This phone can also become a complete multimedia phone. It can play every format, due to it being windows based, so there's a lot of third party programs that can be installed to help. If you are interested in using it more for media, use the plug in for wmp to keep it as toolbar on your home screen for an mp3 player. For videos you can download either divx mobile or another nifty program called TCPMP. Search for these on google with "win mobile 6" next to the text. Also buy a 2GB micro SD card for 25 bucks from newegg.com-This is not a phone old folks should be using who's vision is getting worse. Dialing buttons are small, in fact for any phone set up the same way- One thing that does annoy me however was the alarm. It sucks and it randomly goes off if you don't take care of it. Windows mobile standard 6.0 is what it comes with I recommend that you buy a better alarm or that you download this free one from here rnhttp://www.smartphone-freeware.com/download-alarm-clock-2007-lite-v2-0-2-21313.html It's a very good alarm program.

This is my first time using the dash and I think it is pretty good. I learned how to use it the first time I open the box. It is so easy to use. The set up was quick an easy. I had a little problem with getting on the internet, but I call t-mobile customer service number and they told me how to get on the internet so easy. I would never leave t-Mobile.

I absolutely love my dash!!! I use it for work and it just makes the day go real smooth. I use a bluetooth and have had no problems walking out of range so therefore, I don't get hung up on. The only complaint I have is the life of the battery. But, I have always had problems w/ these li-ion batteries that are cute and skinny but do not hold a charge. I have recommended the dash to all my co-workers and friends and will always be a loyal t-mobile customers 7yrs and running.
